It will charge and then refund $100 to verify that you are a person and not a computer bidding. The payment will be processed at auction close with registered credit card on all sales under $2000 unless prior arrangements are made. Credit Card payments are set at a maximum of $2000 and a 4% bank charge fee will be added when paying with a credit card only.
