We've had a few clients come together to have an online auction to reduce their treasures. Items could be added daily as we have others wanting to jump on the treasure reduction train. ***ITEM INSPECTIONS AND GUARANTEES***
Our inspections are merely visual and limited to what our sales agent sees and hears the day of listing and dependent on statements made by sellers to us. Therefore, all items are sold "As Is" and "Where Is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied. Information, descriptions, and details, including but not limited to, year, make, model, mileage, hours, and condition, are deemed correct but are NOT GUARANTEED and you are responsible for your own due diligence. We DO NOT guarantee that any emission systems are intact or guarantee the functionality of any emission systems. Personal or independent 3rd party inspections are recommended and encouraged before bidding to verify the accuracy of any and all descriptions and information, written or oral, provided by us or our agents. All sales are FINAL.
***TRANSPORTATION, LOADING AND UNLOADING***
Your purchased items must be removed from their location as stated within the auction documents. A relocation fee may apply for items being sold that are not located at our facility. You are solely responsible to arrange transportation. Clear Choice Realty & Auction or Advanced Auction Solutions DOES NOT transport or ship items but may refer you to competitive shippers if needed. We do not provide loading and equipment tear down, if you require this assistance you must arrange it with your shipping provider or hire someone at your expense to provide this service. We may however be able to refer you to someone that provides this service in the area in which your purchased item is located. Please call prior to bidding or purchasing.
***TITLES AND TITLED VEHICLES***
All titled units are charged a $25.00 service fee to the buyer. Titles will be completed using the name and address of the registered buyer and sent via Certified Mail to the registered address within 30 days of payment clearing.
***PAYMENT TERMS***
An invoice will be emailed to you after the auction close. All purchases with a sales total of less than $2000 will be automatically charged to your credit card used to register to bid. Purchases over $2000 are to be paid in full within 24hours of the auction close with another form such as wire transfer, personal check or cash. Payments not received within 24 hours of the auction close will be assessed a late fee of $50. Additional fees may apply to your winning bid such as sales tax, incoming bank wire fee ($20 fee), title documentation fee (min. $25), etc. Acceptable forms of payment are bank wire transfer ($20 fee) or credit card (3% fee). International payments, including Canada and Mexico, must be made by bank wire transfer, no exceptions ($50 fee). All forms of payment must clear our financial institution prior to items being released. Items will not be released without paid receipt in hand at the time of pickup.
Any applicable sales tax laws apply per the location and seller of the item and are in addition to the final bid amount. Tax exemption forms will be provided by us and are required to be completed by you to claim exemption for farm use or resale IF any sales tax is applicable. All exemption forms and/or necessary documents must be provided at time of purchase.
Payment terms above apply to all purchases unless prior financing or payment arrangements have been made with us in advance.
Failure to pay for auction purchases will result in permanent denial of your bidding privileges with us in the future, collection proceedings, and use of any credit reporting tools available to Clear Choice Realty & Auction or Advanced Auction Solutions. Buyer in default of payment will be responsible for any fees associated with recovery of such debt owed to us.
